They've stored their booty oversees. Now they want the politicians to pass another one time deal, at least until next time, so they can bring their money home and put it in their bank accounts.

I'm sure there's going to be an awful lot of gift giving as they companies are in the habit of giving away their money with no hope of getting anything in return.
