Rep. Randy Hultgren (R-IL) asks "pretty pretty please" to the rich can you spot your government some money. I wonder if he thinks all taxes should be voluntary. Including including the ones that pays his salary.
Maybe they should put congressmen on the corner with a red kettle and a bell.
