Everyone knows how godless these two states are filled with tax-hiking, government-expanding, latte-drinking, sushi-eating, Volvo-driving, New York Times-reading, body-piercing, Hollywood-loving, left-wing liberals. And that's just the Republicans who live in these states. The upside is that they help hide how radical their party's agenda really is from the ordinary distracted populace. The down side is they have disavow everything they stood for and tell everyone how screwed up the state of all the people who voted for them was .

You'll see a certain consistency in the Southern half of the map between the Republican Party stronghold and The Confederacy. And the problem that these two gentlemen have is that it wasn't all that long ago that somebody named Giuliani or somebody who's religion was thought to be a cult would have been welcome down there. It will be so said to see them wandering can't we just hate together?
