This was a secret filming of David Koch addressing his minions

I particularly like the one in the back, he'll never make it with that independence

Occupy the Super Bowl | The Progressive

Occupy the Super Bowl | The Progressive

Both states have Republican majorities in their statehouses and a GOP governor. And both are passing anti-union legislation.

In Wisconsin, Governor Scott Walker and the GOP legislators went after public sector unions and passed laws that limited collective bargaining rights.

In Indiana, Governor Mitch Daniels and the GOP have set their sights on private sector unions. Daniels just signed a “Right to Work” bill into law. This measure prohibits private sector workplaces from requiring workers to pay dues or other fees to join a union. Indiana is the twenty-third state to adopt this type of legislation, but the first state in the Rust Belt. It’s been more than a decade since a state has passed such a law.

Gov. Mitch Daniels (R-IN): People ought to be scared

Daniels is now leading Indians like lemmings to the cliff. Trying cheap political stunts to get this union wrecking business over before the Super Bowl so everyone can keep their happy disposition. He no doubt got his orders from his bosses in Colorado, one of the Koch Brothers estates in Colorado, and had to get back to tell the people of Indiana what his bosses wanted. It was hysterical listening to him say that Obama is trying to divide people. Much of his actions in Ohio seems pretty divisive.

Daily Kos: Secret donors put Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels on the air to make dubious anti-union claims

Daily Kos: Secret donors put Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels on the air to make dubious anti-union claims

Indiana Republicans aren't just pushing an anti-union law through the state legislature at warp speed, they're running an ad campaign featuring Gov. Mitch Daniels to try to persuade the public that this is the right move.

The ads are funded by a shadowy group that calls itself the Indiana Opportunity Fund. Public records show the group has spent $600,000 on the “right to work” for less propaganda. But, the group—founded by Republican party activist Jim Bopp—is not required to divulge the source of the cash and Daniels has ignored requests from Hoosier working families, the media and others to disclose whose deep pockets he is dipping into for the advertisements.

Mitch Daniels Rescinds Indiana Statehouse Restrictions Under Pressure From Democrats, Unions

Mitch Daniels Rescinds Indiana Statehouse Restrictions Under Pressure From Democrats, Unions

WASHINGTON -- Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels (R) rescinded rules limiting how many people can be inside the statehouse at any one time on Wednesday, a victory for Democrats and labor leaders who protested the restrictions as an attempt to quash the size of protests.

Under the rules that went into effect on Jan. 1, only 3,000 would be allowed inside the building at one time. That number includes the 1,700 state employees who work there, meaning that about 1,300 others would be able to assemble on a given day.

The rule was drafted by the Indiana State Police, the state's homeland security department and the state fire marshal's office. Daniels appointed the heads of all those offices.
